A well-designed executive total compensation program can attract top talent, retain top performers and drive mission achievement. Human Resources at all levels are partners in program design and effective administration. This program will provide HR managers and generalists with a legal and technical overview of key program components and insights into how they can ensure the program delivers the desired executive performance outcomes.

 



Dan Ripberger, PHR, CCP

Dan Ripberger is a performance and rewards strategist, advisor and analyst and a Founder and Managing Director of RSC Advisory Group. RSC provides advisory, design and analytic performance and rewards services to organizations across the United States and internationally. He began his consulting career in the Washington DC area office of Towers Perrin where he worked with Principals and clients on a variety of executive and employee compensation projects. Dan then worked for Aon Consulting/Radford where he helped build the newly‐acquired Washington, DC office. He went on to help found PRM Consulting in Washington, DC and most recently managed the consulting practices for a boutique consulting firm in the Midwest. He earned a Bachelors with concentrations in Economics and Human Resources and has completed significant post‐graduate work in labor economics, econometrics and statistical research. He maintains professional certifications from both World At Work and the Society for Human Resource Management. Dan is a frequent author, reviewer and presenter on executive and employee compensation issues. His articles have been published in numerous trade, professional and periodic publications. Dan is a professional content reviewer/editor for WorldatWork and has been formally recognized for his contribution to the professional practice of compensation.
